Nils Frowein leaves the MLP AG Executive Board

Wiesloch, 20th June 2007 - Nils Frowein, Chief Financial Officer at MLP AG, has resigned in friendly agreement from the MLP AG Executive Board with effect from 30th June 2007 in order to take on new professional challenges. His responsibilities will be assumed by the Chief Executive Officer, Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg, until further notice.
