Heidelberg, 23rd November 2004 – In the course of a new strategic orientation of the group the executive board of MLP AG is currently engaged in streamlining corporate structure. This also comprises the potential sale of the subsidiaries MLP Lebensversicherung AG and MLP Versicherung AG. Concrete decisions have not been made yet.
MLP will report its business results for the first nine months of 2004 on Wednesday, 24th November 2004.
