Contribution of MLP Corporate University

All MLP consultants must systematically complete our specialised learning and further training programmes in order to ensure that they are constantly well equipped to competently meet the challenges within the rapidly-changing world of financial services. In 1999, the MLP Corporate University was founded specifically for this purpose and ensures that, through continuous learning, our consultants’ specialist knowledge is always up-to-date and that they are able to provide the best responses to even the most difficult of questions. The aim is to be able to expertly respond to changes in the financial markets, legislation and the requirements and goals of our clients. For this reason, continuous and timely further training measures at the MLP Corporate University form an essential part of our business practices – similar to the regular meetings with our clients. In order to assure the quality of its consulting services, MLP sets training standards that far exceed the current legal requirements. In this respect, from this year onwards MLP consultants can commence their training with the goal of attaining the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification – the CFP certification is the highest internationally recognised training standard for financial consultants.

European Seal of Approval with distinction for the MLP Corporate University

In 2007 the MLP Corporate University was awarded the seal of approval of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). The EFMD is an independent certification organisation that has focussed on the topic of innovation and “Best Practice” in training systems for over 30 years. The results of the CLIP accreditation (Corporate Learning Improvement Process) highlight the excellent characteristics of the Corporate University:
