With 99.99 percent the shareholders have accepted the proposal to appoint KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Berlin, as auditor for the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2011 as well as of the review of the 2011 interim financial report.
