Heidelberg, 24th November 2004 - The MLP Group has continued its strong growth in the first nine months of 2004. Total group revenues increased by 22.4 per cent (IFRS) to EUR 431.7 million (2003: EUR 352.8 million).

1st half 2004: MLP continues strong growth

  • Net profit up 54.9 per cent to EUR 18.9 million in the first half 2004
  • Profit before tax (EBT) up 43.3 per cent to EUR 30.8 million

Heidelberg, 25. August 2004 – In the first half 2004 the MLP group again significantly increased its revenue and earnings, continuing its strong course of growth. Total revenue rose by 26.7 per cent to EUR 286.0 million (2003: EUR 225.7 million).

High demand for provision products - MLP reports a sharp increase in Q1 profits

Heidelberg, 26th March 2004 – The MLP Group has made a very pleasing start to the 2004 business year. In the first three months of the current financial year, total revenues at the MLP Group amounted to € 147.4 million, representing an increase of 43.9 per cent (Q1/2003: € 102.5 million).

Preliminary results: MLP concludes a successful business year 2003

  • Sales revenues climb by 18 per cent to EUR 352 million
  • Pre-tax profit (PBT) within target range at EUR 62.9 million – one-off restructuring expenditure of EUR 7.9 million
  • Annual net profit EUR 41.1 million
  • EPS (according to DVFA) 0.43 Euro Cent
  • Adjusted pre-tax profit more than doubled to EUR 70.8 million
  • Dividend of 15 Euro Cent per share

Heidelberg, 9th March 2004 – MLP AG has concluded the business year 2003 successfully. Group sales revenues climbed by 18 per cent to EUR 352 million. Adjusted total revenues increased by 14 per cent to EUR 1.1 billion (2002: EUR 976.5 million).

MLP appoints Nils Frowein as CFO
