According to the "Anlegerschutzverbessungsgesetz" (AnSVG) (Investor Protection Improvement Act) which came into effect on 30th October 2004 people, who have management responsibilities in a company issuing stock or who work closely with such a company, conduct their own businesses with stock of the issuing company or related financial instruments, especially derivatives, have to inform the issuing company and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority within five working days, paragraph 15a WpHG (Securities Trading Act). The notification must be published immediately and sent to the Federal Authority.
